Review by ADM: ... "KT Tunstall, one of my favourite female singers of the pop genre played her acoustic guitar invigoratingly and with a voice lacking the irritating lisp sounds that I had expected, considering the low price of the tweeter. The second capacitor - a non-etched ELCO - used in the filter circuitry unquestionably removed the sharpness, something that I had already considered during the design process. Nevertheless, the performance didn't lack liveliness and zippiness. After that, the German band "BAP" proved with the song "Dreimol zehn Johre" ("Three Decades") that after thirty years they hadn't lost the ability to play sensitive rock. Wolfgang Niedecken was easy to recognise by his hoarse voice, even when he accidentally sang in High German (instead of his usual Cologne dialect) on "Verdamp lang her". Musically, I preferred the original version with the "Major" on electric guitar, decidedly a more rocking version than the remake. Clapping the rhythm to a live performance by the band "Die Toten Hosen" at the Vienna Burgtheater was somewhat more exciting, despite the fact that the band played without their usual instruments. I really liked the three-dimensional and balanced sound of vocals and instruments on Marla Glenn's "Travel" performed without rushing but full of swing. At the end of the listening session, the First Time 1 TL unexpectedly proved to be an excellent speaker for everyday use, since I accidentally switched to "Tuner" where on "WDR 2" Madonna just wished that it was her birthday. The First Time passed the test when finally the voice of the newsreader - without background music - announced the news with credibility." ...
