Modulo 5 is a system that consists optionally of 2 satellites and 2 subwoofers. Those who prefer a textile coned tweeter should take the Seas 29 TFF/W combined with a WA 150. Those who would rather use an aluminium coned tweeter should take the 29 TAF/W combined with the W151 AL. Matching crossovers are available. The satellite is tilted backwards by 10 degrees.

Excerpt of a review by K+T 1/2006:

"We started our listening test with the Modulo 5. Due to the system's balanced measuring results we first placed the speakers away from the walls. We were pleasantly surprised to notice that the speaker's sound wasn't too thin without a wall behind it. This "long term" set-up showed a pleasant, never annoying sound that nevertheless reproduced all details. Vocals were always natural and balanced, the tree-dimensionality has a pleasant depth and was unbelievably realistic. With eyes closed the musicians could be easily and immediately visualised. The tweeter pleased with differentiated "s" sounds and a sparkling performance. Even when it got a bit louder, the Module 5 never abandoned its qualities and always remained pleasant and balanced. Next in line was the Modulo 5 plus. The high efficiency became suddenly noticeable, since we had forgotten to adjust the volume from the previous session. We also noticed the effect of the doubled bass diaphragm area. The bass was more powerful and consistent, improving on the dynamics of the system. The virtue of a neutral, detailed but never annoying performance remained intact. Then we got a move on and changed to the aluminium coned Modulo 5 M AL. Immediately, it became apparent which direction this speaker was taking, by literally jumping towards the listeners. The bass was a notch more crispy compared to the Module 5, but also a bit more reserved due to a more constricted set-up. This speaker is the ideal candidate for a close to the wall placing or a bookshelf. Details emerged from the source with considerably more articulation compared to the Module 5; the sound in general was brighter and clearer. Our first guess was also here spot on - it's a fun speaker with great attention to detail for a bookshelf or close to the wall positioning. Finally, it was the Modulo 5 AL plus' move. This combination was indisputably the most sturdy of the quartet and sounded with eyes closed much bigger than the appearance suggested. Using particularly dynamic recordings the plus version quickly came to the point. The AL 5 didn't mince matters and reproduced all material supplied with joy and verve. Like with all other Module contenders there was almost no coloration, since the "plus" never attempted to impose "its" will on a piece of music. The speaker seems to have a built-in reinforcer, revitalising every dull recording. " ...
