Omnes Audio Power Amp with
digital signal processor (DSP)
The following Omnes Audio subwoofer amplifiers are quite similar; they just differ in output, power circuit breaker and transformer.The amplifier modules have 200 W resp. 400 W output into 4 Ohm.
They are class D amplifiers with >90% efficiency (conventional analogue amps have 3 to 5 times more dissipated power depending on the level). Distortion is low; the damping factor is high.
The loudspeakers are protected by a microprocessor.
An outstanding feature is the integrated DSP active crossover, allowing an individual adaption to any type of room. Included are:
- an infrared remote control
- the control panel with LC display (2x16 characters)
- a CD with software for programming the unit
- a RS-232 cable for connecting a PC
- a German Manual on CD
The following in/outputs are available:
output to loudspeakers, on the rear of the unit (inside).
high level inputs, if this unit is going to be connected to the output of another amplifier in parallel to your standard speakers.
low level inputs (RCA), if your amp possesses a

- a subwoofer output (only one cable has to be connected) The modules have the following controls:
